GRAVITY
CLASSIFIER |
The
machine provides four distinct seperations. It is suitable for grading
paddy, rice, wheat, barley, pulses and various types of seeds like
sesame, cottonseed, mustard, sunflower, groundnut etc. |
OPERATIONS: |
The
product enters the machine through a vibrofeeder which spreads the
stock evenly over the entire width of the sieve screen. The vibration
and exhaust air which passes through |
the
deck screen cause the product to stratify with the result, that
the product with low density rises to the top layer of the stock,
while the high density product concentrates below the top layer.
The second part of the deck screen receives the stratified product.
The high density product stream passes through the second screen
whereas the low density, light product continues to travel to its
light faction discharge outlet. |

capacity mentioned above is based on wheat. Capacities for other
cereals depend on their type and physical characteristics and can
be provided on request. |
