Versatile Plansifter (All Metal)
Application
Versatile Plansifter Type ALVC & ALVCD are custom-designed and built for multi-purpose sifting operation. These are used in all types of granular and floury stocks. Some of their universal applications are:
- Sieving of guar gum fibre (phus)
- Sieving of guar gum powder upto 350 mesh
- Sieving of guar gum powder for safety purposes
- Sieving of guar gum powder before packing
Features
- The Versatile Plansifter (ALL METAL) incorporates completely new design made for the first time in India.
- Versatile Plansifter Type ALVC consists of one independent section of sieves containg 5 to 12 sieve frames each which are able to handle one stock. Each section can provide two to three separations.
- Versatile Plansifter Type ALVCD consists of 2 independent sections of sieves containing 12 to 16 sieves frames each which are able to handle two different stocks. Each section can provide two to three separations.
- The entire machine is supported by a rigid square steel frame and is designed to mount the sifter on the floor. All sieve frames, sieve housing and flow channels are made of combination of aluminum and SS-304 material.
