The
Vibro Sifter is designed to attain the highest efficiency in finishing
and sifting of difficult stocks in flour mills such as from pneumatic
system and flour from Bran Finishers. As immediate passage, it makes
the subsequent grinding and sieving easier and recovers the useful
flour which results in higher extraction. It can also be used on
some seeds and spices for removal of excess dust. OPERATION: |

The
stock is fed to the machine through inlet spout at the bottom. The
rotating action of the beater throws the stock against the cover.
The flour is passed through the screen cover, falls into the collecting
hopper and the coarse stock is gradually lifted and pushed towards
top outlet delivery spout and discharged.The stock is fed to the
